    Yess this is delicious and I’ll definitely make this for a summer/bbq party. I was using up leftover bags of carrots from Christmas which didn’t have tops on, but I used parsley instead which I think was fine as an alternative if you can’t find carrots with the hairdoo’s.

    Hi Mayara, we don't recommend making this one in advance – it's better fresh on the day. But, you could reheat any leftover carrots and chickpeas the following day and they'd still taste great!
