Upon subscribing, you will receive an email containing a link to log in with. There will also be additional details on how to log in. This link will automatically grant you access to the unlimited Mob experience. You may also visit the Mob Dashboard directly to log in.

Members will be alerted to new recipes in our regular emails which highlight the arrival of the week’s freshest recipes along with helpful tips from the Mob food team.

Our brand-new Planner lets you build out your own bespoke weekly meal plans comprised of literally any recipe on the Mob website. You'll be able to add as many days into your plan as you want and as many meals per day as your heart desires. Yes, that means you can have a Mob recipe for your breakfast, lunch and dinner every single day of the week.

We’ve got plenty of delicious meal plans for you to explore and add to your Planner. Each week, we’ll be dropping a brand-new meal plan that’s been curated by our expert food team. It’ll include easy-to-follow recipes that you can make using a single shopping list. You can customise those meal plans in your Planner by subbing in other dishes or adding in new recipes that you think will pair great with that selection.

Yes, the rumours are true – you can give the gift of a Mob subscription to all of the important (and hungry) people in your life. To purchase a Mob gift voucher, simply head to the link on Mob's website. This will take you to a checkout page where you will be asked to input any relevant payment details. Once purchased, you will receive an email with a unique coupon code which you can send to whoever you're gifting the subscription to. After that, all that's left is for the recipient to redeem their gift voucher by following the links to the Mob Annual Plan Sign Up page and inserting their unique coupon code. Easy.

If you're having issues accessing your Mob account, this might mean that there's been a glitch along the way. Don't worry, these things happen. To resolve this, please try contacting our customer care team who should be able to manually sort this out for you.

To change the details associated with your account, navigate yourself to the Accounts section of Mob. On that page, there will be a link to a self-service billing portal hosted by Stripe. You will be asked to input the email address associated with your subscription, along with a security code. Within the portal, you will be able to access details on renewal, payment methods, and subscription plans as well as past invoices. You will also be given the chance to update or change any of your details.

Upon signing up, you will be given the choice between a month-by-month and annual subscription. The subscription you choose will determine how much you make in payments. You will then be asked to fill in your payment details.

If you encounter any issues to do with payments, navigate to the Accounts section of Mob. Here, there will be a link to a self-service billing portal hosted by Stripe. You will be asked to input the email address associated with your subscription, along with a security code. Within the portal, you will be able to access details on renewal, payment methods, subscription plans as well as past invoices.

To claim a refund, you will have to speak directly with a member of our team. In order to do this, please use the live chat function on the Mob website.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used in the charge within 5-10 business days. Depending on the schedule of your subscription, you may incur a fee.

To change or cancel your subscription, you will need to head to the Account Settings page. If you choose to cancel your subscription, your account will automatically revert back to Mob's free tier.
