    Consistency of the sauce and the layers of flavours were lovely. Batch cooking and using in the 3 recipes was so versatile and so tasty. It seemed economical and healthy too.

    Unbelievable. Batch cooked the aubergine alla norma and honestly, had no clue how THAT was going to turn into THIS and it has blown my mind. Will be making the bake tonight - excited to see how that goes. Either way, this curry is going to be a regular staple in our house. Big fan of the batch cooking collections, very useful for two very busy commuters.

    My partner is not a very big fan of vegetarian dishes, but I am, so trialed this dish for the both of us, and got the seal of approval! ☺️I am now making this regularly, and have recently tried adding mango chutney and also tastes very good. 👍
