This cheesy chipotle garlic bread is about as comforting as it gets. It’s absolutely delicious and so easy to make. Treat yourself and whip some up tonight.

Cheesy Chipotle Garlic Bread

Mince the garlic cloves. Place in a bowl with the butter, chipotle paste and smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper and mix to combine. 

Grate the mozzarella and slice the baguette in half lengthways. 

Spread the butter on each half of the baguette and top with the mozzarella. 

Roast for 10-15 mins, or until nice and golden. 

Slice into quarters, top with fresh coriander and serve hot - enjoy!
