2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Shallots
15g Fresh Parsley
15g Fresh Dill
15g Fresh Mint
2 Lemons
3 Garlic Cloves
60g Fresh Basil
500g Passata
900g Spaghetti
80g Butter
450g Cherry Tomatoes
15g Black Olives
2 Tbsp Capers
50ml Sherry Vinegar
100g Feta
