Mozzarella Grilled Turkey Steak Recipe With Caper & Cherry Tomato Sauce
This is a spin on a dinner we used to eat a lot growing up, but with a bit more of an adult spin on it. Still bangs, though. This turkey steak recipe is perfect for a satisfying and nutritious meal. This recipe takes the humble turkey steak and elevates it with a crispy breaded coating and a punch of cajun seasoning for an irresistible taste. Whether you're looking for a hearty dinner or a unique alternative to traditional beef or chicken dishes, this turkey steak delivers. Ideal for pairing with sides like fries, coleslaw, or a zesty citrus salad, it’s versatile enough to suit any occasion. Prepared with a cast iron skillet or oven-baked to perfection, it offers a delightful combination of crust and tender meat. For an extra touch of flavour, try adding a drizzle of pesto or a sprinkle of ground coriander. This recipe is a great way to enjoy lean protein while savouring delicious, well-seasoned turkey.
