Place a saucepan of salted water on to boil. Once boiling, cook the pasta until al dente.
Step 2.
Meanwhile, finely slice the chives and reheat the curry.
Step 3.
Toss the pasta into the curry, adding some pasta water to loosen, if needed.
Step 4.
Ladle into bowls, drizzle over chilli oil and top with chives.
