Step 1.
Add the coriander, peanuts, finger chilli, ground cumin, sugar and the juice of ½ lemon into a blender with the water. Blend together until smooth. Taste and season with more lemon juice, salt and sugar if needed.
Step 2.
Reheat the curry and serve into bowls. Drizzle over the coriander chutney and add a dollop of yoghurt. Serve with chapati or naan.
