Probably made a larger portion of kale and beans in order to have more to blend which helped with thickening the sauce. Good recipe though which I will make again.

Def needs more beans & seasoning. the bean mix needs to be less watery. The sesame seeds added nothing. Still really enjoyed eating this and will adapt and cook again.

Slightly confusing instructions- So we need 3 pans to cook this?

Hi Anjay, thanks so much for the feedback. We've reviewed the recipe and made a few changes, including using fresh mint instead of fried mint, which brings the number of pans you need down to 2. We've also edited some of the steps to make the recipe clearer. We hope you enjoy it!

The salmon didn’t cook in the time you suggested and the kale turned brown. Looked a bit like what I imagine prison food in the end. The mint didn’t add anything was just a ffaff as went soggy when on the fish. I didn’t season the salmon but could have done with some, you should say!
