    New to Mob and this was the first recipe made. Super fresh whilst also being filling. I agree with previous comments about needing to add more flour. After doing so they fried up much better. Yum af

    Very tasty dish, I swapped the cottage cheese for ricotta because that is what I had and it worked perfectly, will definitely make again!

    I loved the theory behind this but it just didn’t work, they didn’t fry and were mushy piles of pea smoosh that refused to cook. Don’t use fat free cottage cheese I guess?
