    This was SO delicious. Highly, highly recommend. So easy but so impressive - a great dinner party option, just add crisp white wine!

    Subbed half the pistachios for cashews (because pistachios are so expensive at the moment!) and half the basil for spinnach so I didn't decimated my basil plant. Worked great!

    Very tasty. I substituted the basil, with a mixture of spinach, rocket and watercress (a salad bag 😊) which added a different dimension.

    Hi Jess, yes that would be delicious! You could either chop them up for a similar texture to the photo, or have them whole for a chunkier texture.
