Spicy Pork Ragù Noodles

Cook the rice noodles according to the package directions. Rinse briefly under cold water to bring to room temperature.

Cut the cucumber into bite-size pieces and gently warm the ragu up. Combine the noodles, ragu, cucumbers and bean sprouts in a bowl and squeeze over the juice from the limes.

Divide between plates and finish with basil leaves and sesame seeds.
