2 Tbsp Pine Nuts
3 Tbsp Raisins
100g Fresh Parsley
2 Roasted Red Peppers
1 Tbsp Ras El Hanout
480g Drained Cooked Chickpeas
1 Red Chilli
2 Tbsp Harissa
1 Lemon

2 Tbsp Tahini
10g Fresh Parsley
1 Lemon
½ Red Onion

For The Lamb & Chickpeas With Celery Apple Salad

2 Tbsp Tahini
1 Lemon
2 Apples
2 Celery Sticks
¼ Cucumber
20g Fresh Mint
20g Fresh Dill

For The Spicy Lamb Linguine

2 Garlic Cloves
400g Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
200g Linguine
25g Parmesan
1 Lemon
