Spiced Keema Rice

Cook the rice of your choice following pack instructions, then tip into a large saucepan set over a medium heat. Add the keema mix, frozen peas, and a pinch of salt. Heat for 5-7 mins whilst you fry your eggs in oil and chop your coriander and chillies. Top with a fried egg, coriander and chillies.

Or as an alternative topping, drizzle with a mix of yoghurt, cumin, salt, lemon juice and a pinch of black pepper.
