Mob i love all your recipes but don’t show this one to a Lebanese mum haha! Way too much bulgur, and traditional tabbouleh doesn’t have almonds and uses regular onion not spring onions. Traditional Lebanese tabbouleh should look mostly green from the parsley. I personally love a different interpretation of classic dishes (my Lebanese family in law do not.. haha) but just if anyone is after a traditional recipe, this one isn’t quite it :)
