100% worth the prep, works well in a slow cooker, the sauce just needs a little reduction at the end. Great as a beef stew.

Delicious but a marathon in terms of prep. If weather’s rubbish, you’re house bound, get this on you wont regret it. Seriously good food not done in a hurry
