Great flavours. Make a little more sauce if you want more saucy. Only had 300 grams of paneer and it wasn’t enough for 4. My bad.

Pretty good. Use rice vinegar and sesame oil instead of water if it’s dry rather than water for a bit more flavour

super tasty! confused by the second entry red onion in the recipe so did 2 in the end. Couldn't get Paneer but Halloumi swapped in reasonably well
