Secret Chocolate Cake
This ultra-rich, two-textured cake has a secret. What is it? Well, let us tell you: the fudgy cake and mousse layer is made out of the same mix. One half of the mixture is baked, whilst the other is simply poured on top and left to set into a mousse.

Wow every stage of this recipe is chaos - I'm now adding 'a quarter of the sugar' - is that a quarter from the meringue section or from the cake section? You might assume cake, but then later it says to make the meringue, add the rest of the sugar. but why would we not add the whole sugar from the 'meringue' section if this is a standalone stage in the recipe.
Pray for me guys

So it says mix the egg yolks in the early step but at no point does it say to seperate the eggs, so is this the 4 yolks that were not used in the meringue, or are we separating the 6 for the cake? Really not clear

The method is so unclear and makes no sense. Revise step 3,4 and 5
