Delicious, used tinned lentils and cut the stock down by half. The grapes really work, will be making this again and again.

This was divine. Threw a few dried garlic flakes when adding the wine but other than that stayed true to recipe. Came out with deliciously silky sauce (not watery at all) that just bound the lentils together. The wine made it super rich and the creme fraiche cut thid with the sweetness of the grapes and herby Sausages. Will be making this one again 🤌👌

This was DELICIOUS - even my bf who famously doesn't like lentils ate a bowl of this! I adapted the recipe to use tinned green lentils, because dried puy lentils are never available in my local supermarket. I did Step 7 (roasting the sausages and grapes first) and then I carried on with the rest of the recipe. I used 2 tins of green lentils and reduced the chicken stock by half (to 500ml) and cooked for 10 mins instead of the 30 mins recommended as tinned lentils are already cooked. Highly recommend!!

So easy and tasty, great with the crème fraiche to cut through the sweet grapes. I used my favourite black beluga lentils instead and it was perfect. Thank you!
