Step 1.
Heat the oven to 180°C. Finely dice the tomatoes and red onion, then combine in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and give it a mix.
Step 2.
Shred the chicken off the bone, then get it back in the sauce. Cook it on the hob over a medium heat for 5 mins, or until it is hot and the sauce has thickened up.
Step 3.
Heat the flatbreads in the oven for 5 mins. Spoon the yoghurt over the flatbreads, then spoon over the chicken. Sprinkle over the tomato and onion mixture, then finish with a little coriander. Serve them up.
