I really loved this recipe, I added more chili as I like it to be spicy and I also added king prawns (obviously this means it wasn’t vegan!). But they worked really well.

Really enjoyed making this one! I also sliced an eggplant and courgette and baked it in the oven with some olive oil mixed with some basil oregano and rosemary powder. After the orzo was almost ready, I added the eggplant and courgette to it. Result is heavenly! 😍

It's a lovely recipe but 8 minutes cooking time for the orzo it's way, way off! I think usually it takes 25 minutes or so.
