The One With The Smash Burger

We've made a meal plan based around one of our favourite dishes of all time: the smash burgers. We've teamed that burger up with a rice bowl and a fresh salad. For health.

Don't worry, we're not making you eat burgers three times a week. This is a balanced and (relatively) nutritious meal plan with plenty of fresh ingredients and vegetables kicking about.

400g Beef Mince
3 Big White Onions
4 Brioche Buns
2 Hispi Cabbages
650g Mixed Tomatoes
1 Jar of Chilli Oil
400g Mayonnaise
250g Sesame Seeds
Small Jar of Pink Pickled Ginger
2 x Microwave Rice Pouches
150g Toasted Salted Peanuts
200g Mangetout
2 Bunches of Thai Basil
8 Eggs
1 Cucumber
5 Celery Sticks
