I cheated a lot with this. I used pasta and cauliflower per the recipe but then used ricotta and sprinkled parmesan on top before grilling to make it quicker. Still delicious. Served with green salad and coleslaw so it wasn’t too beige

Cashews better to be put in oat milk. Bring to a simmer then leave to cool. Mix these first in processor, then add other ingredients. If I make this again I would prefer to not process cauliflower and make more like a cauliflower cheese mac bake
