The secret ingredient in this fresh and flavourful prawn salad recipe is the chilli coconut dressing. It's so good you could bathe it in. Obviously don't do that, though. It'll sting.

    i made this with chicken instead of prawn, but still incredibly delicious, will be making again. also used the substitue for chill jam of fresh chill and a bit of brown sugar and it worked great!

    I had my eye on this recipe for awhile and it didn't dissappoint. Although I had just one lime and no fish sauce (used a bit of miso and soy sauce) it tasted fresh and light. I can only imagine how much better it would have been made the right way. This is my new favourite way for cooking prawns!

    Felt like 400g was too many noodles for that mix. I used 2x200g packets and didn’t use all of them but it was still lacking in a bit of flavour. Maybe the coconut had reduced too much..
