    Delicious! Like no other Caesar salad I’ve had because of the roast veggies. I reserved a full chicken breast & all the “pickings” for this, stirring the shredded pickings through the salad & finishing with slices of the breast. I’d make this again but next time I might add some crispy bacon too.
