Louis Jacobsen founded TriBeCa Deli after spending a lot of time in the states and falling in love with New York’s delis. He wanted to bring his favourite New York sandwiches and a taste of the delis back to London. TriBeCa Deli was created.

From an authentic Philly cheesesteak to salt beef on rye, TriBeCa Deli is your chance to try some of the most sublime American sandwiches. In this episode of Street MOB, Louis prepares his most popular dish: the New York Reuben Steak Sandwich. For this, he uses home-cured salt beef, which he then slowly cooks overnight, before combining with Russian dressing and American cheese and then whacking it all under the grill. Delicious.
