1 Large Egg
4 Tsps Dijon Mustard
250ml Oil
1 Lemon
Salt
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a jar or bowl.
Place a stick blender into the bottom of the bowl and blend until smooth and emulsified.
Taste and season with salt.
Cheat’s Kewpie Mayo
You Will Need:
1 Large Eggs
1 Egg Yolk
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tsp Caster Sugar
1 Tsp MSG
275ml Vegetable/Sunflower/Rapeseed Oil
½ Lemon
Salt
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a jar or bowl.
Place a stick blender into the bottom of the bowl and blend until smooth and emulsified.
Taste and season with salt.
