Wasn’t sure I did this right. Are you meant to baste it? Turkey tasted good inside but the outside was a bit too well done

Does this still work if the turkey is stuffed both ends?

Hi Frances! A stuffed turkey will take longer to cook so just make sure the juices are running clear and a temperature probe reads 66-68°C at the thickest part of the breast and 72-74°C at the thigh.
