Step 1.
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Once boiling, cook the pasta for 2 mins under al dente.
Step 2.
Meanwhile, finely grate the garlic into a frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and the breadcrumbs, mix together and set over a medium heat. Cook, stirring until golden and toasted. Set aside. Pick the basil leaves and discard the stems.
Step 3.
Drain the pasta, reserving 150ml pasta water. Place the pan back on the heat and stir the tuna ragu through until hot, adding a splash of pasta water if needed.
Step 4.
Stir the basil through, share the pasta between bowls and top with the garlicky breadcrumbs.
