So delicious - the flavours work so well together. I swapped mayo for Greek yoghurt as I hate mayo and added more (2 tbs), and put it on top of a roasted sweet potato.

The flavours of this are nice, fresh…but it’s very dry! I doubled the quality of mayo to try and make it cohere but it remained dry despite the lemon juice, vinegar and oil, and doesn’t feel like it ‘smooshes’ together at all. I think if I made it again I’d want a lot more mayo or other combing wet ingredient in it.

Hi Sophie – you could use tahini, avocado, Greek yoghurt or creme fraîche instead of mayo!

We recommend rice vinegar for this one but you could use white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar if that's what you've got handy

Thanks Stella – we've used tuna in spring water (that's what the nutritional info refers to) but you can use any you like

Very tasty and quick to make. I replaced the tuna with canned sardines, added a boiled egg, and had it all with boiled potatoes.

Banging snack or light meal with largely stuff you’d have around the kitchen! Very good.
