Such a speedy and easy recipe with very simple ingredients (the simplest tomato soup I've ever made). This is a delicious soup, perfect for when you are short on time. ///notes: I added some fresh tomatoes to the mix. I didn't use cream or cheddar (though i love them both). I added fresh basil and parmesan cheese on top, instead. I feel like the soup entertains the use of something extra: parsley or basil or chilli, for that extra oomph. Thank you so much!

I was sceptical looking at this ingredient list that this soup could stand up to some other tomato soup recipes I've tried, but omg was I wrong. This is DELICIOUS. Definitely my new go to tomato soup recipe. Yum.

This was so tasty, my fiancé asked if it was Heinz, cheek! It definitely had the edge and no nasties. Adding the white wine vinegar really enhanced the flavour. Will make it my go to from now on.
