The quantities in this recipe resulted in absolutely no sauce. Mine turned out more like a stir fry and less like a curry even though I followed the recipe exactlu.

Hi! Delicious. Is it ground coriander or dried coriander? That part of the recipe was a little confusing but didn’t mess up the flavour. Yummy thanks!

Hi Louise! Add the ground coriander along with the chilli powder and garam masala, then finish with a handful of fresh coriander for garnish – we've made a few edits to the ingredients list to make this clearer!
