Delicious recipe - some observations.
Used significantly less garlic than advertised - 7/12.
It took about an hour from starting to on the table.
I enjoyed making it and would highly recommend - family loved it.

took way more than 20 min, Thai Basil tastes like liquorice which I don't personally like, wouldn't bother making that again

A really tasty dish but a bit faff to make. Held off cooing the eggs until started on the chicken and they were still ready too early.
Using mob to help teach my husband how to cook, just as well I was here or he would have got lost!! Tasty though and will make again.
