Tabbouleh on Toast
This Levantine salad tastes incredible on thick slices of toasted sourdough, with pomegranate tahini for extra flavour. It makes a perfect healthy lunch.

feel like a bit of a fraud even thinking of leaving a note but wanted to say thank you regardless!
I had to substitute/omit so many ingredients due to my terrible planning that i created a sort of Frankenstein version 🤣
it was, however, extremely tasty so don't be afraid to just have a go with what you've got (within reason!)
here is my effort with basil instead of mint, lime instead of lemon, hummus instead of tahini and pan fried sourdough 👌🏼
