Didn't have vegan nor normal butter, so I just doubled up the tahini. Also replaced the kale with spinach. Absolutely delicious!

Really good contrasts between mushy, crunchy, zingy, savory, sweet. Made for 2 but kept the ratios for 4 with the sauce. Just as well as ate all the sauce as it was too good.

I hit at dinner and then equally great as leftovers. I didn’t have vegan butter, so I used regular- it was great (obviously…butter! 😉)

Loved this recipe! So quick, easy, and TASTY. Used some sesame oil with the kale and chickpeas and accidently added nearly triple the amount of soy sauce advised... was still mouth wateringly good. Will be using this dressing for other dishes for sure!

This may be the tastiest thing I have ever made. I want the tahini butter hooked up to me via a drip so I never have to go a second without it. The flavours and texture are to die for - the perfect comfort meal for tragically cold evenings. Give it a go now before I hoard every supermarkets’ sweet potatoes so I can make this forever.
