What quantity of rice should be used here? I assume uncooked goes into the tray but the recipe is a bit confusing!

Hi Lauren! This recipe uses cooked rice. You can buy cooked rice in pouches or use leftover home-cooked rice. We've made a few tweaks to the recipe to make it clearer!
