Sticky Soy Chicken & Chilli Crisp Tomatoes
If there’s one chicken recipe I think would go down well with everyone (including picky eaters), it’s this one. Sticky soy chicken (basically teriyaki) with chilli crisp tomato salad on top of rice. The juices trickle into the rice… woooow. Perfect dinner.

Hi Nichola, thanks for the feedback! We've amended the recipe to include the rice cooking instructions (step 3).

Just wanted to check – are the calories correct on this? Just made it while on a diet but worried it’s actually looking a bit too low!

Hi James, thanks so much for reaching out and flagging this. There was a bug in our nutritionals which meant this info was incorrect – we're really sorry for the confusion! We've fixed it now and the info showing is correct.

I've made this twice now, the first time my husband said "Send me the recipe!" (he does most of the cooking).
Love the new ability to comment, it will make Mob more like the New York Times recipe website, on which the comments can be very useful.

I really liked this one. Really simple and great flavours from a few ingredients. I don't have an oven safe pan so did the whole thing on the hob and that worked fine. Don't really see why you'd need to heat the oven up too! I lowered the heat before flipping the thighs put the sauce in after getting rid of most of the fat once they were mostly done and that worked great.

Didn’t taste like much, and the salad was pretty naff. Wouldn’t cook it again but was fine for a weeknight dinner!
