If there’s one chicken recipe I think would go down well with everyone (including picky eaters), it’s this one. Sticky soy chicken (basically teriyaki) with chilli crisp tomato salad on top of rice. The juices trickle into the rice… woooow. Perfect dinner.

I've made this twice now, the first time my husband said "Send me the recipe!" (he does most of the cooking). Love the new ability to comment, it will make Mob more like the New York Times recipe website, on which the comments can be very useful.

I really liked this one. Really simple and great flavours from a few ingredients. I don't have an oven safe pan so did the whole thing on the hob and that worked fine. Don't really see why you'd need to heat the oven up too! I lowered the heat before flipping the thighs put the sauce in after getting rid of most of the fat once they were mostly done and that worked great.

Didn’t taste like much, and the salad was pretty naff. Wouldn’t cook it again but was fine for a weeknight dinner!
