Sticky Sesame Chicken Meatballs
Homemade chicken meatballs are an excellent protein source. We've thrown them together here with a sticky sesame sauce. It's a healthy fakeaway to remember.

Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Chicken Mince
FOR THE SAUCE:
Light Soy Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce
Cornflour
Honey
Rice Vinegar
Garlic Clove
Sesame Seeds
Spring Onion
TO SERVE:
Cooked Rice
Broccoli

Really enjoyed this. 30 minutes from start to finish, will enter the weekly rotation! I'd suggest doubling the sauce so that you have enough for the rice as well, otherwise it's only enough to lightly coat the meatballs.
