Step 1.
Heat the oven to 200°C. Lay out the bacon strips flat on a roasting tray. Wrap each one around a chipolata, starting at one end and working your way down to the other. Wrap at a slight angle and make sure you cover as much of the sausage as you can.
Step 2.
Slide into the oven for 15-20 mins until the bacon is starting to crisp. Meanwhile, mix the honey and hot sauce together in a small bowl. Once the pigs are starting to crisp, brush with the honey mixture and return to the oven for 2-3 mins. Repeat a few times until golden and sticky. Serve!
