Delicious! Will definitely make again. I used frozen udon noodles - I’d probably add them a minute later next time.

This got the thumbs up from my teenager son who I made it for. I halved the amount of ginger in the recipe, which still gave a gingery kick. And next time I would double the quantity of sauce for more umaminess and stickiness.
