Step 1.
Pick the coriander leaves and thinly slice the stalks. Trim and thinly slice the spring onion and chilli.
Step 2.
Add the coriander stems and chickpeas into a pan to reheat. Add a splash of water if needed to get it creamy. Taste and season with salt and pepper, if needed.
Step 3.
Share the rice between bowls and spoon over the spiced green chickpeas. Finish with a scattering of spring onion, chilli and coriander.
