This was pretty straightforward to make, not too spicy and very tasty! Much appreiated for my work lunch the day after too. Would defo make for friends/family coming over.

This is the first recipe I cooked from the Mob website and on the strength of that, I was convinced to sign up for annual membership! This pie was glorious—super simple to make and so delicious. Re the ingredients list, personally, I preferred to roast my own red peppers rather than using a jar of roasted peppers. I think this enhanced the flavour and the texture. We loved the crunchy, buttery filo pastry, then the rich lamb with gently warm spice. We had it with a dressed rocket salad and a glass of red! Will definitely be making this again soon.
