    So good but with 3 tablespoons of harissa also very spicy! Maybe adjust if feeding to kids, or add a bit of yoghurt/ coconut milk.

    This was as speedy as the name suggests and absolutely delicious! I used sun-dried tomatoes NOT in oil, as the recipe didn’t specify and it worked really well. Also I added 1/2 can extra water as it was very thick. Will absolutely make again!
