Grew up hating tomato soup but love this chef so thought I'd give it a go, once, and see....well I've just made it for the second time in three weeks. Quick and clean. Fantastic.

This was as speedy as the name suggests and absolutely delicious! I used sun-dried tomatoes NOT in oil, as the recipe didn’t specify and it worked really well. Also I added 1/2 can extra water as it was very thick. Will absolutely make again!
