Step 1.
Get two large frying pans over a high heat and drizzle a little oil into each. Place the chipolatas in one of the pans. Space out the rashers of bacon in the other.
Step 2.
Roughly chop the mushrooms, then chuck them into the pan with the bacon. Nestle the cherry tomatoes between the sausages in the pan. Fry for about 8 mins, turning the sausages and bacon when needed, until everything is cooked through and to your liking. Turn down the heat on the bacon pan if it is crisp before the sausages are done.
Step 3.
Meanwhile, crack the eggs into a large measuring jug. Whisk together with a fork and season well with salt and black pepper. Add a knob of butter. Blast in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each blast, until you have super creamy scrambled eggs. Stop cooking just before the eggs are set as they will carry on cooking in the jug.
Step 4.
Toast the bread and put it onto a plate. Serve the sausages, tomatoes, bacon, mushrooms, scrambled eggs and toast at the table, with plenty of condiments for people to help themselves.
