Literally perfect! And genuinely quick. We marinated the chicken overnight and it was so delicious and the rice with the salad is 10/10

This was unreal meat so tender and skin crispy. The rice for me made it. Absorption method after toasting with ginger and garlic was superb and so so tasty. The salad was a nice touch. My wife and kids (7 and 5) also approved. Will be making this again.
