Wow, made this tonight and it may be one of my favourites from Mob. Two notes: the chicken in my experience didn’t need as long as it says to cook - mine was a bit tough. Second - it would be useful for the recipe to have some markers as to what you’re meant to look for after 20 mins of cooking the rice and then the last 5 mins.
