Me too, is there something we can do to mitigate that?

Hi both! That may be because of a few reasons: The veggies could be leeching out more water since they're not really in season or it could be the size of your baking tray. You can cook it for longer, or add only 1/2 of the tinned tomatoes, another easy option is to increase the surface area of your tin, so choose a bigger one. Let us know if any of these work.

Would be great if you told us specifically what to do with the garlic clove…

Hi Pete, add the garlic clove to the tray with the sausages, rosemary, bay leaf etc. It will add flavour to the dish as it cooks and you can also serve it up and eat the soft roasted garlic flesh. Enjoy!

This is AMAZING! Soooo delicious and easy and makes weekday meals quick and simple. It’s perfect for families too. We have three kids (1, 3 and 5) and it’s really easy to serve all the meals deconstructed so they’re child friendly. 10/10

This gets asked for constantly in my house, by picky eating kids no less! I do chuck in an extra tub of cherry tomatoes and a can of butter beans. We have it with over roasted new potatoes with chorizo. Freezes brilliantly for batch cooking
