I thought this was delicious. Lovely sweet flavours from the prawns, peppers and paprika, complemented well by the earthy notes of the chickpeas and saffron. Rustic resplendence!

I meant to add, I do think you need to add a little salt and pepper at the seasoning stage to bring out some of the more subtle flavours.

Easy and fresh, tastes a bit medicinal, not sure if that’s the saffron, but I enjoyed 😀
