Probably need to oil and season the squash cubes before roasting right?

Hi Mat, yes we recommend drizzle the squash with a little oil and sprinkling with salt before roasting (we've fixed the instructions).

Sticky rice (also from Mob) on side with popadom and chutney - this gone straight into the favourites. Delicious 9/10

I have made this countless times since I discovered MOB - probably in my top five it's so delicious. But just try not to make it too much, you might get sick of it or turn into butternut squash!!!
