A really quick, easy take on the classic. The key here is to get that chicken nice and charred before it goes in to the curry.

The method doesn't make it clear how much of the spices in the ingredients should be added to the marinated chicken mix. Because there are more spices then used to make the sauce it's confusing to follow. Please could you correct?

Great recipe yet again , though could you stipulate in the recipe if the thighs are skinless and boneless. When it came to the part of cutting the chicken up , I was a bit like ' oh ' should have bought boneless!

Not sure you can really say a recipe that involves caramelising onions is 'quick'... :)
